It's been a long time since I last posted! My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary on the 3rd. I also had our son Michael on February 19th. Being a mom is great! Michael rolled over for the first time yesterday. What a wonderful Mother's Day!!

The wedding is over and we're back from our honeymoon at Disney. We had a great time, just a little too hot for me! I know we'll never be moving to Florida! I'll be posting pictures as soon as I can. We are suppose to be getting the pictures from the photographer next week. I can't wait to see them and fill our picture frames and album!

Marriage License

Scott and I went to South Bend and got our marriage license today. After circling the block 3 times to find a parking spot, parking my car, then trying to park Scott's car (the spot was too tight and I moved it across the street), getting past the police guards (which they were chuckling at us trying to park his car), then getting to the right building, we finally got the license! Whew! This is why I don't like going to South Bend!

Well, it looks to be over for James. *sigh* I was rooting for him. The best thing Adam could have done was change sides, but he didn't so now he'll be going in the next couple of weeks. Now who do I root for? I think out of who's left, Ryan deserves to win. He really has played well. I just don't want Sheila to win. She's such a cry baby. So James may still try to campaign, but we all know it won't do any good. So disappointing!

I Love Animals!

I love animals. Tigers are my favorite. Sometimes I wonder if I missed my calling. I think maybe I should be working with animals in some form. I've thought about volunteering at Pet Refuge, but I don't think I could handle it. I would be bringing all of them home, or crying everyday. I think maybe I could be a foster home for pets. I told Scott that when we are ready to buy a house, I think we need to keep that in mind. I find pet abuse VERY frustrating. They love us unconditionally and rely on us for food and shelter. It takes a weak, mean-hearted person to abuse pets and I think there should be laws that are equal to human abuse/neglect. In conclusion.... I LOVE animals!

So James made it through another week. He really needed to win HOH, but didn't. So that means he'll be right up on the block AGAIN. If you couldn't tell by now, I'm rooting for James. GO JAMES! Now he's going to have to win POV to stay another week. Wouldn't it be great if he came back and won the whole show??

Wedding Thoughts

Last night My finance, Scott, and I finished the favors for our wedding. What's left? The origami bird centerpieces and "ribboning" the bubbles. Then I need to concentrate on food for the reception. Only a month left! Before we know, it'll all be over and we'll be back from Disney World and then working on moving up in the career world! Boy time moves fast...

Wedding May 3rd,2008:
Originally, I wasn't going to throw the boquet, or buy a garter, but I changed my mind this past weekend. I don't want to have any regrets! I'm currently working on putting the favors and centerpieces together. I'm about half way done. Things are coming along, which is good because time is moving fast!
